Mission

ENA is a legalized professional association representing nurses in Ethiopia, striving to improve nursing service to the benefit of the society, standing for the right of nurses and clients. ENA works in harmony and collaboration with policy makers and other stakeholders to improve the health system.

Vision

ENA creates a situtaion and finds ways for nurses to firmly unite under the umbrella of their professional association, benefit from nursing, provides standardized nursing services and collaborates with health policy makers in Ethiopia and with international professional organizations like the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) and others.
